Jose M. Berlanga
With multiple degrees in Economics, Business Administration and Philosophy from the University of St. Thomas, Jose has earned a highly respected name in the real estate community. During his 30 year career as a successful entrepreneur, he invested 25 years in the construction industry as the CEO and Co-founder of Tricon Homes, a residential construction and design company created in 1997. He was directly involved in every aspect of the operation from locating sites, floor plans, design, construction, financial strategy, sales and marketing.
With a great vision, his company became a key component in the revitalization of many of Houston’s inner city neighborhoods and laid the groundwork for what became some of the most sought-after areas to live in. He was responsible for the construction of over a half a billion in revenue, building a reputation of excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer service.
Adriana M. Berlanga
A passion for design, beautiful architecture, and her dedication of perfecting every detail - Adriana, a former stock options trader, with a degree in Finance and Business Administration decided to purse her dream of designing homes. Having grown up around architecture, she was able to develop and learn the importance of symmetry and combining functionality with luxury.
Adriana’s experience in land acquisition, interior design, and luxury interior selections has given her an edge to create timeless high-end homes .
Adriana has the ability to immerse herself in any style of architecture for each of her clients and has the vision to execute each project flawlessly . She is responsible for all design aspects of the homes, floor plans, finishes and oversees the construction.
